| Re: Nov 10 - Contest Votes I love your attitude, aartist, We all are in the top 5!!! Views: 1) Palms, Simple, elegant...as a greeting card I can envision a light sprinkle of sparkle. Silhouetted white trees, moon & star in a snowy sky. "Subtle is a cousin of beautiful", as in: http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_b...nstructed.html. And that is what you do so well. 2) aartist, Absolutely the best snowy sky, almost like viewing a web cam in a real scene. Big, blurry flakes up close to the viewer, tiny pinpricks farther back. Sky is also that unearthly color which precedes a major snowdrop. Star above shimmers, peppermint lighting complements the pink stucco house and rosey roof tiles. This appeals immensly. 3) Cathy H. Certainly unique, refined, dignified, classy. Snow on the ground & a well swept walk, a deep, gradient, saphire sky...intriquing. This is a card sent only to the very best of friends. |
