Welcome aboard R! Generally nice work, there are a few issues. The one that stands out for me is the skin tones are somewhat flat. Maybe think about contours and contrast a little bit. Hopefully Vikki will weight in with some good sage.

Cheers
Dave

Nice enough, but as Dave says a bit flat. Also some colour issues, one or two have a distinct blue tinge, and some have been a little over blurred in areas, losing skin texture.

Could do with some variety in your work. If you plan on working in "beauty" touch ups there's a lot of very good competition, look up some of these, and see what they're doing, could give you some ideas.

Welcome R! Nice improvement from the first post. I like what you're doing with the second pic the best. The eyes are looking good, and the skin texture is much better than in the 3rd pic, which is still over blurred as Gary points out. If you're looking at glamourizing this shot, have you considered enhancing the eye lashes and brows?
