saikat,

that's really nice! really amazing!

this is only a personal choice; that green on the top right is a bit of a distraction for me. i'd make that area darker to push it into the background more.

it's a REALLY good job! very well done!!

Craig

Excellent !

I agree with Craig though about the green area on the top right of the photo. Great job removing the head of the little child !

Hi Saikat

This picture must be a labor of love for you. I remember it when you posted it for work on the hand. I think you did a fine job colorizing but agree with the green. It's out of gamut for CMYK which may or may not be important for you but I would tone it down a bit. Also, it appears some of the whites are blown out. Great job though. It's a great pic.

Cheers
Dave

Saikat, just wonderful

What tremendous attention to detail!
Did you reconstruct the missing part completely or did you have another photo?

If I were to dare to critique, I'd say that maybe there are some shadows lacking in the reconstructed part. Such as from the flower on her right arm, and the shadow from the dress on the golden brocade (is that right?) behind the arm.
(but nobody outside of here, would ever worrry about this).

Congratulations!!

ya I reconstruct the photo. didnt have any other photo.

u r right duv.. actually i take it as challenge ... my friend told me that its not possible to reconstruct the missing parts so i tried, Actually it didnt show you the details.. it lost almost 40% details due to compression. the hand is little blur here also the color.

for the background ,just change the green, to a deeper color...(could not decide what is suitable, still working)

for the shadow u r right byro.

now I am working on another photo. when i finish it I shall post it here.

thank you all for your suggestions...

have a nice day.
