| | | Iced Coke Hi everyone,
This is a job I did recently that consisted in making an iced look on a coke bottle and then making variations of it to get the final result you will see on the "fina lay-out.jpg". The piece was built based on 3 different iced bottles.
Cheers,

| | | Hi George
That is a really cool picture (Sorry! I just had to say that!)
Making the original unfrozen image look like the frozen ones must have been a long task, and the results are brilliant.
If I wasn't deliberately trying to be picky, I'd have to say it was perfect, and as an advert it would not look out of place anywhere, but as I know that it is only three bottles, I can see the repeated bottles quite clearly.
Anyone looking at this without knowing would not notice them, and as such it does exactly what it is designed to do.
I'm struggling to find anything else to comment on. Maybe the coke could be a little darker, but that's all.
Eye-catching, cool, clean, and sharp. Just like the Real Thing!

| | Ok, overall I think you did a great job but here is just my thoughts on it. Some of the icicle placements seem out of place to me and I think there may be too many dripping icicles. The condensation on the inside of the bottle might use some unsharp mask to crisp up the ice and make it look like little ice crystals and then a little more crushed looking ice added around the outside would be good. I agree with seeing the same three bottles. Like I said you did do a great job but since this is in the critiques topic I just had to put in my 2 cents. |

| | Thank you for the comments on the image! about the fact that there were only three different patterns of ice, unfortunately I had 1 day only to produce the image, so there was not enough time to make more variations. The condensation on the inside or the bottle is actually sharp. The jpeg compression probably altered it a bit.
Once again, thanks a lot for the comments!
Cheers!

| | Wow even more impressive for a 1 day put together. Yeah sometimes the images with compression can make such a huge difference. I still say overall you did a great job. |

| | Nice job, George.
However, as I can't resist a nitpik, I'd say that the frosting should be much whiter. Ice is pretty much transparent, as you did it, but a thin layer of frost will come out pretty much pure white.
Now when I go to the supermarket, I can say that I know the guy who did the sign. Just hope it's where I can see it ( close to the beer )
