| I could almost hear it Zoooommm past me -- Cool! Oops, this is the Critique forum, so just saying "Cool" isn't allowed! I'm not sure about this, but I THINK there should be a bit more difference in the motion blur between the front and the rear -- should the front be less blurred than the rear..... or vice versa? I still like the concept, and the execution, and I still had to duck out of the way! Last edited by CJ Swartz; 11-29-2005 at 09:12 AM. |

| C.J., I thought about difference in motion blur but then i realized that all of the car would be moving at the same speed, wouldn't it ? thks for the comments though bert Quote:

| your blur is going the wrong way assuming the car is leaping out of poster, it should be more out of focus and motion blurred at the back and the motion blur should be going in that direction rather than coming forward In general with the kind of photography you're trying to simulate, the car should be mostly in focus and the background should be blurred... |

| yes, ofcourse you're right: there should not be forward motion blur I put another layer on, layerstyle blend upper layer plus layer mask gradient to hide this layer going backward think the result is more realistic now bert Quote:

| tihnk I would like to see more of the front of the car in focus, more from a stylistic point of view rather than realism. |
