Background tables - less magenta and cyan, more detail in snow. Delete glasses behind the shoulder. Girl's face - less red in middletone, add more color on the right cheek. Whiten teeth, retouch spots, eyes lighter and contrast. Welcome to RetouchPro!

The question is, what are you trying to achieve? My concern is I don't think the girl is recognisable any more - though the retouch looks natural, her features have changed considerably.

I think she needs more red in the cheeks as someone suggestion, since it's been taken out it looks like her cheeks are sagging, since you reduced the overall size of her face I think you also need to reduce the harsh shadows and lines that are created by her cheeks, her face just has too much of a saggy look to me.

I'd whiten the teeth and round off the front teeth just a tad, to me it's looks weird to see them perfectly flat like that, but that's probably just personal preference.

Also, as mentioned, those glasses above her shoulder I would take out, I would also take out the ski rack to the right of her head.

Cheers,
T

I am new to retouching. Not much experience.
I think it is a great job of making the girl look "slimmer", but it now looks like the retouched photo could be her mother. Does anybody else see this?
