So-So Restoration Attempt

This is a restoration of a wallet size photo. Of course it was the only photo left of it's kind so I had to save it... The first shot is the original and the second is my feeble attempt at a recovery. What do you guys think? I'm having trouble getting the green overtone out of it and would love any suggestions you might have.

Thanks, Jon.

I'm seeing a lot of noise int he facial area, you might want to use neat image or some light blurring to reduce that.
Also you dont need to post everything you've ever done here This is the 3rd of yours I've seen today.

Thanks for the suggestions. I read the posting guidelines lines too. I'm not trying to spam the forum or anything like that... These three images are about the hardest pictures I've tried to work on and was just looking for some feedback. I don't know anyone else who does this kind of work so any opinions or suggestions on how they look is a huge help to me.

Thanks, Jon.
