Retouched my own wedding photo! Just wanted to know if this wedding shot (taken by a family friend) of my husband and I looks too fake. The left picture is the shot before any mods; the background was washed out and over exposed. I decided to cut it out and replace the background with a stock image of a beach/water (also fixed skin blotches and other imperfections). I rather like the results but before I go and make half a dozen copies for the extended family I just need to know if it looks like it was changed! Thanks in advance

I don't think the background change looks bad at all-- the one thing I did notice is that somewhere in the conversion, the whites on your dress were blown out...if you put the original overtop as a layer and the set blend mode to luminosity and mask out the rest it will put some detail back in...good luck! -Kate

Perhaps you could add a little bit of clouds/sky in the vast white space? Just a thought. Other than that it looks very good.
