How does this look

I'm doing this for a caution sign in our comping studio.....just curious what ppl would add or change to make it look better.

I like what you did to his hand. I'm not so sure about the sweater's colour though!

i just thought the green sweatshirt made the image pop a little more...

i was just wondering if the blood looked real at all.....or decent u know...

theres not too much more i can do to this, i realize......i just wanted to see other ppl's opinions maybe someone has a cool idea, or ad-on.

Hehehe... I love it!
A few suggestions: human thumbs have a decent artery running up them and this would actually spurt blood for a bit so there would be quite alot of the red stuff about. The colour of the blood is pretty spot on, although it does look to me like it is only just 'tinting' the surfaces... maybe giving the look of thickness, pooling(on the table) and running(down the wall) to the splatter and drips by making it more opaque and light reflective in places.
