| | | Picture of my Ex, what do u think? Hey guys, I actually retouched this pic of my ex awhile back, just curious as to what you guys think,
I wasn't goint for an incredibly natural look. I havnt been in the states for awhile, so Im not sure what the pepsi spokespeople ads look like there, but this pictures coloring reminded me of the asian pepsi ads, and so I kind of modeled it after one of those, for perhaps a poster or billboard, or a pepsi bottle, haha, I'd love to know what you guys think http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...en/sunpeng.jpg

| | | I'm assuming your reworked image is on the left?
It looks too soft. Truthfully, it now looks androgenous. |

| | | OK then.
After looking at the ads, I don't see the "color" resemblance at all.
The person has a similar "look", but other than that, I don't see the resemblance. What I see in your rework is skin that is too smooth (blurred?).
If I were trying to match the Pepsi ads, I'd probably do something like this (very little skin retouching-much more color adjusting). |

| | well, i wasnt trying to match it that closely, or else i would have corrected the color and tinted his hair blue, he wanted the picture for a print, so i didnt go that crazy with it,
i might go back when im bored and redo it so it really looks like the ads, ill post it again if i do
thanx for your input |

| | | "Androgenous" is precisely the first word that popped into my mind. Now I am confused. I looked at your Pepsi ads (this isn't Kansas Toto!), and I wouldn't call them androgenous at all, they're still clearly boys. In the end its what ever you are striving for that counts. |
