Would like to know what people think

are these good? does it look like I'm doing this properly (if there is a proper way)? constructive criticism is very much welcomed and praise is good too

hi luciachan and welcome to RP.

overall, you're smoothing the facial skin just a bit too much. this gives the 'pasty face' or 'porcelain doll' look to the faces. you want a bit more texture left there. the last one is much better in this regard; still some texture/detail there.

there are lots of tutorials and help on this here on retouchpro. have a look around.

you're on the right track though. it's nice work other than that too smooth look.

Some of the hair is a bit over done and looks like a wig.

Agree with Craig, facial skin tone is a bit plastic looking.

For most the make up is good and the eyes well done.

I really like them. I have been trying tutiorials on making the skin smoother. I envy that you are able to get such smoothness.

These are really good, but if they don't want the over done look its one thing. I guess it all depends on what the customer is looking for.
