On the Adobe User Forum there is a Forum Topic called Feature Requests. Adobe does read them, even if they do not reply directly. Certain organizations have a relationship with Adobe whereby they collect feature requests from members and funnel them into Adobe directly. One example would be NAPP. If you are a Photoshopaholic as you seem, you might consider joining.

The features that do make it in to each new rev of the program have a lot to do with:
- what features will make the product more attractive and generate more sales
- what is required to be competitive to stay a step ahead of their competitors
Your features are great ones. You need to keep working on a strategy to sell it to Adobe.
