I am needing some critiquing to help with my images. Any any every critique will help and is welcome.

I think the skin is too plastic. It at least needs some grain to it even if you're going to remove natural pore structure. Check out some of the tutorials on pore masks.

Remove the stray hairs at the top of the forehead and blend the skin retouching into the hairline better. Stray hairs on left shoulder as well.

If your goal is to have that smooth cosmetics ad look, I would take the time to smooth and perfect the eyelids better as well.

The necklace pendant seems at an odd angle. Did you rotate the picture to begin with? I would adjust it to make it seem that it's falling at a more natural angle.

Adjust the right shoulder strap so it seems to lie comfortable on the shoulder. It looks like it's digging in some.
