Critiques - - Some Improvement

The first picture has my attempts at color correction. The second is the original. I think my color corrections do show some improvement but it looks too blue and too orange. I'm not sure which way to go with it. Thanks for your critiques.

You should find the black & white points. To get rid of the orange tone I used selective color adjustments & masking.

Bare with me. I'm trying to learn. When you say to find a black and white point in the picture, what do I do with them? Thank you, Sylvia

white set between 3x230 to 3x242 & the black between 3x12 & 3x30.
