Looks very nice but there's 2 things that bother me a little.

Her skin seems to have a cold tone, it's hard to describe but I imagine her freezing cold. You could try warming up the tone a little bit see if it looks better.

The other thing is that her skin looks a little too smooth, especially in the face. You could try giving the skin a little more texture. It's also a weird contrast because you left the two "wrinkles" under her eyes but the rest of the skin is plastic smooth.

Lastly, and this is more of a personnal taste thing. I'd soften her chin a little so she doesn't look so much like she's got a concrete jaw and give her lips slightly more volume. Right now both lips look completely straight and have the same size. You could bump the lower one a little bit.
