Talking A few Images for critique. Unique style

I've been practicing a lot lately. I had fun with this one.

I'd love any advice on my retouching. I'll be posting more for critiques over the next few days!

Edit: I've just finished up on another retouch. Had fun with this one too, though I think it may be a little too sharp..

I like the detail in the background and the clothes. And my first impression was it would work well with the kids book A Series of Unfortunate Events.
I would also like to see more.
