Retouching and some surgery

Hello everyone,
Here's one of my recent works where are some details I'm pretty concerned about, mainly the girl's hip (tried to make it thinner but seems like it's still a little bit heavy) and her haircut. Suggestions and comments about those particular things and the image in general are welcome.

Warning: the girl shows some skin if it's unappropiate, don't hesitate to remove this post.
Thank you in advance.

Well Mam,

I must say you did a lovely job. Has she seen it yet? I could pick out some little things here and there as we all could on anyone's work but I assure you your client will be blown away. Excellent work.

Thank you very much, Sweetlight!
The model liked it (even with that hip)

I think you've done a wonderful job there, I really liked the area above the hip and the hip itself is looking natural and well-formed.

Re: Retouching and some surgery

It seems that you did a bit of liquify to thin the thigh of the front leg.
In the process of lifting the bottom of the front thigh you ended up lifting the top of the thigh of the other leg.
Which means that as one thigh got thinner the other got fatter.

Why didn't you fix the seam in the middle of the hip? That little bump catches a lot of attention.

The edge of the hair to the left is rather uneven. If you have eliminated all stray hairs then this edge should be perfectly smooth.

As you've fixed the stray hairs to the left, the others strays now stand out. Especially the criss-cross hairs above the thumb. Actually if you cut the hair a little shorter there, so as not to lead into the thumb, you'd probably get a more interesting result.

Nice job though - I'm just a big 'ol nitpicker
