Re: Please critique

Hello and glad you posted a separate image.
I always ask... "What is your goal?" because people often post, ask for critique and we don't know if they were doing a glamour retouch, an artistic retouch or what? We also don't know your experience level, other than judging from the image.

So, I'll assume this is a glamour retouch, and from your other post I know you have been doing this for other industries for a while. But, I don't know how long.
So, I see several things off the bat that I'll mention.
(a) shadows from her arm on her face;
(b) uneven skin tones;
(c) approaching too much saturation in skin tones, lips, eye shadow, etc. for my personal preference;
(d) some asymmetry in her eyes.

Hopefully, you are working through a standard workflow. If not, this could ensure you don't miss a step. An example I have posted before is:
1. make overall color corrections;
2. clean up the overall image and remove distractions;
3. make the face symmetrical;
4. reshape and rebuild the body or face;
5. perfect skin, clothing, etc.;
6. enhance eyes, lips, hair;
7. make color corrections to selective areas;
8. correct lighting, focus, sharpness;
9. review time - before final changes and sending sample.

I hope this is helpful, not hurtful.
Good luck in your work.
