Are you looking for something like this? This is just a fast fix and only did one side of her face. Her eyes could use more work. For the doll face look I used a healing brush with a skin tone pattern and noise. Blured it then added more noise on a mask. Fast and simple for a doll or magazine look.
I used Kent Chrisiansen's "Skin Fix" (Zip file Here), a set of actions for smoothing skin.
Found about 1/3 of the way down the page named "Kent's Skin Fix v.1" at atncentral downloads
o kayy.
2 var.
1 is very smooth (not my fav.)
2 more realistic
-------
- 1. use levels to brighten photo
- 2. duplicate layer set opacity to 50%
- 3. use patch tool
probl. you'll need to do above steps (2 and 3) couple of times
- 4. add lights and shadows
-5. use selective colour adjustment layer (to even out face and back colours(add more yellow to the red) not sure if i made scense here lol)
-6. and paint out her back on the mask of adj. layer
hmm i guess thats it.
