I downloaded Julesjs raw photos and worked the whole afternoon on it. I took advice TommyO and Godmother gave me and this is what came out of it!
What do you think?

Wow ! That is very good. A very large departure from your other post. I can't say enough about how good it is.

Overall tonality is good; lighting good; blemish removal good; additional makeup jewelry good; correction of eyes good; hair excellent.

The only little things I saw were:
- one little strand of hair makes me think "clone"; take a look and I'm sure you're aware of it;
- her left pupil may need to come down less than a millimeter. Both eyes are not quite looking at the same horizon. Again, hardly noticeable.

This is a much better image to have worked with, and shows your potential more. Good work, keep it up, and you're on the right track !

Yes, I struggled with hair and I see the same thing. It is a thing in general I have to work on to improve. As for the left pupil, I was really carefull not to place it in the wrong spot but I guess I could be off by pixel or two. To be honest, left eye is cloned and shifted a bit to the right because the original seemed wrong.

I like it - kept it all real (actually it looks more real than the original).

You might want to revisit the earlobe - looks like something off someone much older.
