Newbie - Hello and First photo

Hi i am a newbie here on the board recomended by another board member.

I am getting into photography lately and i LOVE doing the post processing the only thing is i don't know much about it yet and would really like to learn.

I probably like the last one the most. The first one, the light is too focused on just the center of the face that it ends up looking like a kabuki mask. On the last one, there are still some splotches of color on her face that make her end up looking blotchy. Also, the hair looks a bit too contrasted.

They look a bit flat to me.Try to add more shadows.Like in my example.
