these shots are very noisy and blurred.. are they taken with a mobile phone camera?

Phone camera?Of course not.I have a DSLR SONY ALPHA 300.I used gausian blur and mask in face.What i did wrong?

Hi! I am sure you had best of intentions but you should never ever blur the skin, it makes it unnatural and plastic looking. You need to learn how to keep the skin texture, so check the tutorials here, you will find many good instructions on how to retouch skin. And browse the Gallery, there are plenty examples to look at and study.

I would agree with the others, these shots are not a good representation of your past work. The first six images have been altered too much and just don't look right. Others have noise and other minor issues. What happened ?

I retouched only the five pictures of Ellis Papageli.The others are only levels and noise reduce.

L33t the picture number 10,has iso 800.I forgot it!Before i uses the camera to take a photo in low light conditions!

In addition,i don't have flashgun and i use the built in.I will buy a flashgun next month.

ISO 200 should do it with a f/2.8 with your build-in flash but that will give you harsh lighting as you see. You could buy a little paper thing or golf look-a-like thing to put it on your build-in flash.

This give you more soft light.

My lenses are not f/2.8!I have a kit lens 18-70 f/3.5-5.6 and a tamron 70-300 f/4-5.6.
