while looking again this image i can tell that is a sufficient but not best work!
i retry to do it in another version!

if u want to make it u use layer mask with graphic pen/table and pressure! only this work good for me, the opacity of the black and white in the layer mask! before the fusion with sea and city take a look at the level of the 2 images and try to make it egual!

it's clear?

after that... good work guys!
