I only looked at the first. Looks great. Did you duplicate one of the eyes and flip it to create perfect symmetry?

Although, I think I'm going against the grain, I think that "if you did duplicate and inverted the eye" , it changes the image to the point where the individual is no longer the recognizable subject. Few if any individuals have symmetry that would make them recognized as the original subject. In my opinion, it's the flaws of symmetry that makes beauty unique. Of course, to each their own.

Yes, the first is totally faked. I think it's pretty obvious. It was more for fun, then for anything else. As LQQKER said, the subject is no longer recognizable

I had quite difficulties with the third image. How would you enhance the make-up tears?

I tried with black brush set to dissolve on a layer in hard light mode. Any other suggestions?
