Re: here is my new work..pls some critique..

Great start! From the small size images, it looks like you are very good at retouching her face. You don't push it too far, good job. Besides her face, your eye could use some training to look at the details. Skim your eye over the picture. Does it get caught on any details?

Picture 1: Face and body look great. I might take the waist of the dress in very slightly. Her pretty figure is getting lost in the baggy folds. The wrinkles on the floor and bag should have been removed. I don't like how the shadow is forming an arrow that points away from the model, directing the eye to look out of the picture, but that's really a photographic critique, instead of retouch.

Picture 2: Beautiful job on the face again. It's hard to tell, but her right eye looks like it may have a vein. Her torso and arms need quite a bit of retouching, there's a lot of distracting detail. Her right arm could use a touch of reshaping. The stray hairs from her ponytail need to be cleaned up, not completely, but some work needs to be done there. The shopping-bags need the wrinkles removed, and the lumpy highlights on the posters to the models right should be corrected.

Picture 3: The shine on her face should be reduced. The wrinkles in the floor, the bags, and her dress should be removed. Also, the fitting of her dress should be improved with the warping tool of your choice.

Picture 4: Remove the line on the floor. I'd replace the posters on the wall that are reflecting the lighting. Again, not a fan of the arrow pointing out of the picture, unless there is a reason for it in the layout or something, but it's not a retouch critique so I should keep my mouth shut. The size of the model compared to the door reveals her short stature, so I'd lower the door just a bit. I know I'm being nitpicky, but if this was my project going to print I'd make the changes I've suggested.

Again, great job on the face retouching. It's very high quality work. Try to hold the rest of the image to the same high standards.

Re: here is my new work..pls some critique..

mikedimples, thx for feedback!)
Actually, I wasn't going to print this stuff..it was just like realization of some my ideas to be more popular in photo-comunity of my city)) just for PR..
But now I gonna prepare this for printing..it won't do any harm )
So, thx again. When I fix it, I'll show that.

Hi, hellopiccadilly,
the second image looks better since the tighter crop.

Did nobody spot the third arm holding the second bag in image three?

It's clever and for a second i thought i'd had too many vodka's lol, it gets lost a bit in the background and the shadow is not right, but may be that is deliberate and all part of the "victim of fashion" statement?

The pose in image 3 is excellent, she seems transfixed, addicted to shopping
Don't worry about the creases in the bags, it's what gives them contour and texture and looks fine slightly softened as you have done.

The arrow looks great and is an integral part of the message, it works really well on the panorama on your site, how did you create the arrow, is it just burning?
In image 2 i like the match between the poster on the wall behind and the pose of the model, brilliant
The doorway is perfect in the pano and just the right hight for her left hand in the pose.
I like the way the posters on the wall are slightly darker at the bottom, getting lighter at the top, the arrow is taking the eye to the right and also the wall is taking the eye upwards.
There is just a slight part of her face above the neck that is blown out in the panorama, overall, excellent and very creative,
regards,
Gary
