First major retouch attempt

This is my first attempt at a major retouch , my friend asked if i could remove wrinkles and enlarge her breasts , i,m no professional but would appreciate any comments or suggestions on how i could improve this.

In my opinion, it doesn't look like the same person int either image, and most of the time, thats not what you're looking for.

I don't think the pose is very flattering for her or indeed the retouch, there's way too much lens blur and the teeth are a bit yellow imho,

Many thanks for the input Gary and Austin , the thing is it was,nt posed for a retouch it was just a quick pic taken with a cell phone camera inside the house with no flash but nontheless good experience and i need the practise lol.

Thanks for the encouragement OlBaldy , i see what Gary means by the blur i think i probably overdid things a bit with neatimage on the face.I,m still very new to this game but with the help of the regulars on here am learning fast.

I took your comment on board austin and reworked this a bit ,i went overboard with the smoothing before , i think she looks more like herself now.

looks much better as you have left some detail on the face but great job as the image is not the best picture to work with.
