Hi,
I'm not a fashion photographer but have shot many lifestyle shoots with models.
I think the images that Zemotion has shot are highly produced with some great models.
I would concentrate on the basics first, camera lens choice, lighting, poses etc etc.
Then look at the post production techniques.
It' not something you can knock out overnight you need to have a plan and take the correct steps to realize the images you want to produce.Along the way you may discover your very own visual style.
Cheers,
Simon

It can be a challenge but you need to study some poses in books and practice practice practice.
It also can be a bit daunting directing people but confidence again comes also with practice and experience,It's your shoot and YOU are in charge and will be expected to direct everything and show confidence doing it.
To start why not ease yourself and models into a shoot by getting some very relaxed lifestyle type shots with your model interacting with something or another model.A kind of fly on the wall type shots.
