I like it, very tasteful eyes.

The hands had a different tint-light in the original and u didn't fix that - they still do.

You completely ignored the hair (it needs retouching too, u know?)

Keep it up.

Yeah your right i didnt touch the hair in this one. i might open it back up and fix it up again. Not to sure what u mean about the hands. I thought they matched in the new version quite well. Anyway thanks alot for your critique.

A very simple retouch - its quite nice.

And like Natalia said, The hand skin tone is unlike the rest of the model's body and its quite noticable.

I would use D&B on the hair too, cuz it just stands there - putting on more contrast on it would be a great boost for the pic!

I'm having a problem with my documents when I open them in Camera Raw. I can see lots of blue pixels (squares) no matter what the settings are, even using camera raw default. Specially between hair gaps, but not only there. Is this normal or am I missing something? On the other hand when I open the same document in Photoshop it looks completely normal. Would like to have some feedback. ( I don't know much about camera raw).

You're experiencing the shadow clipping warning. To turn it off, simply open ACR and click on the left triangle up in the histogram (the right one turns clipping warning for highlights on and off).
But what does that have to do with this thread?

Nice overall...but i think i would remove the bra-strapp?....but that's just my opinion.
