The first thing to jump out at me right away is the texture of the subjects skin. You can see skin texture in places and in others you've got a blurry look ie; the skin next to his nose shows texture while the skin just below his eyes is blurred.

You can definitely see where you've used the cloning and healing tools: The left side of his nose and his hair are the two places that catch my eye right away - that repeat pattern needs to be varied.

I think you should even out the skin texture especially around his nose, mouth and eyes & eyebrows to match the rest of his face.

the highlight on hiss face seem odd, take his nose, it changes colour drastically near the top..
