I think you need more shawod on the tail, as it looks too bright in areas where light wouldn't be hitting it as strongly. Follow the direction of the light and do a bit of shading in the areas that wouldn't be as illuminated ie; her left tail fin, the back of her lower body, the lower part of the right tail fin.

She looks like she's on the outside of an aquarium. If you want her to look like she's in the water I think the blue color and streaking light needs to be in front of her.

First of all sorry for the late reply, been busy with some works.
Thank you all for pointing me to the right direction as always.

Underwater, red light has a very hard time traveling. Only the brightest, most intense reds will be visible -- not the subtle ones like in her top and skin tones.

Check out these underwater diving pictures and take note on how the fine underwater debris causes "grain" between the subject and camera, more as they get farther away. Also, notice the relatively dark skin tones unless there is light directly shining on it (where you'd add a light yellow hue to the highlight).
