Very nice I would say that the only problems I see are in the areas where you healing the hair , the skin looks a little too blury but you have to look very closely to see that

Irene - I thought the retouch looked amazing. Very nice work. Care to share any insights into your skin technique?

You did a very good job. The skin effect is excellent please share your technique. The only thing i would do differently is darken her eyebrows just a bit. Your eyebrows are supposed to be a shade darker than your head hair. It helps to frame the face better and finish the look.

My technique in doing the skin retouch is all d&b. Like many others say, practice more and spend times. Besides, I think lighting is very important. Always pay attention to the lighting in doing d&b, so to have a natural result. (By the way, i'm also learning and improving here that i should thanks for many great and professional memebers' advices and suggestions. ^^ a nice place to share...)
