First off, I'm not a pro retoucher but I like to think that I know what's going on.

I'll be honest with you because you asked. First, the photos you are working on are horrible. You can't take a crappy picture and make it good with all the retouching in the world (well...). Start with good photographs and then take the time (hours) to retouch them right.

With that said, you are on the right path, but your images look over-saturated and blurry. Keep practicing and continue to search the forums for knowledge and inspiration.

If you want to get better, you will.
