Please let me know what you think. This is my first post here and on other sites I don't seem to get much feedback when posting.
These were shot with my 20d, sigma 70-200 2.8, iso 800, 1/250th and flash bounced straight up.
This one I converted to B&W

There is no need to shoot your flash straight up, you won't actually get any real bounce or fill from it. You'd be better off diffusing it, dialing it down a bit, and shooting it straight on.
As you can see from the image, it looks a little green from the lights. I would adjust the WB or color correct for this.
