Please crititique this portrait of a pianist..

I am aware of the burned out areas. Nothing to do about it.

I always have a dilemma regarding colourtweaks..how cool/warm.. I hate magenta and orange skintones but how to make cool, pale, elegant tones is something I haven't solved yet.

Looks a hair warm to me on a calibrated monitor...but it is so close, I think this is subjective. One thing I do notice is that the transition from shadow to highlight on her cheeks is orange. To solve this, I usually add a sat/hue layer and lower the saturation on red and yellow a few points.
