Snow Globe - Album Cover

Hi guys,

Just finished this shot which is going to be used as an album cover:

That is an odd combination, probably what you are going for.
The one thing I see is the head of the standing fairy needs to be more visible or defined. Maybe more contrast?

the pictures looks too imposed and the snow globe looks like it is suffering and not being emphasized enough. Play around with lightening to bring out the snow globe maybe, or is it the hand your trying to emphasize?

Very different cover.
I like it!
I think it should be darker, make the pinks brighter.

The main thing that is off is the picture is not straight.

I straightened it a bit (but not all the way), used curves to increase contrast a touch, added a couple of layers for soft light and screen, then mixed and reduced them. Then I did some crude dodging and burning on the globe for a little more intensity. Tried to keep the texture you had and the metallic look to the hand. All in all, not sure I really improved it.

I liked the original but think it was tipped just a tad too much.
