First critique - before/make-up/and retouch

My daughter begged the make-up artist to do her make-up, and then asked me to "make her look like a model" - so I used the chance for a try at the retouching tutorials I've been studying. The trickiest part was all the different shadows and colors. I'm a total newbie at retouching, so would love any critique. I'm posting the before, the make-up shot, and then the "fashiony" retouch.
