I agree great work,

personally I feel the detail has been lost in the pupil of the left eye,
and the black line under her chin RHS could be reduced a touch.

Good call on the left eye - I hadn't noticed the slight detail loss!

Just my opinion. First, overall I think you have done a very nice job. I would work on my selection and I am speaking mostly of the very rigid hair ends in your version 2 - it would look a lot more natural with the "ragged" edges showing a bit more. You have darkened the cheeks that first appear very nice but when you study it, I feel the darkening has been carried a bit too far.

Updated version - worked on nose, few missed blemishes, distracting hair elements, darkened down her cheek shadows slightly (although still needs work IMO), brought back some texture to the cut edge of her hair.
