I think where you have reshaped her cheek on the left,it takes some of the sincerity from her smile. You have done a good job of removing the fold beside her mouth on that side.

For me, you did a wonderful job on this. In these posts I think it might be helpful knowing how much time the poster spent on the retouch. This would provide a rough guage for viewers (including newbies) on what it might take to do it. Anyway, great work.

Thanks for the comments. Spotter - I can kind of see what you mean, although I felt the contour of the face was slightly distracting as it was.

Babble - I worked on this 'on and off' over a few days, but total time I guess equated to about 3-4 hours.
