atarix, welcome to RetouchPro. The after is better than the before however it could still use some work. The color may be off because it's being viewed by a browser and you may have an embedded profile that is different from sRGB but the skin is a bit too red/magenta. I'd fix up the boney knuckles a little.The main body of hair over her breasts (not in the V neck) have a lot of messy hair that would look better if tidied up a bit. The skin looks ok but it is hard to tell without a close up look and since you have embedded the image in flash I am assuming you do not want it downloaded.

I think it looks great. It's always difficult to shoot a high contrast image- and her skin tones were overexposed- I like how you added depth and warmed it up overall.
I also like the highlights on her hair. What appeals to me the most is that your finished image does "look" retouched to me.
