My first retouch

These are my first 2 retouches I've tried after reading alot of forums here, and would really appreciate any opinions you have to help me improve. Cheers!

I really think your retouches looks great. At first glance the only thing that caugth my eye was that the first girls eyes look a little "red" tinted in the eyes, it might just be me (and my monitor) just wanted to give you this feedback - since they both really look good.

Thanks very much! No, you're right, they do look quite red. I didn't notice that until you pointed it out, a mistake I won't make again though!

They look really good very natural, I liked the the first two. What editing process did you use? This is the type retouching I strive to do.

My fav is the third link! They are all good but I love the Drama you showcased in the third image. *props*
