Hi marek: Before i post my opinion i would like to know, what kind of technique are you using? All I can say for now is that the black line around her eyes looks good on the B&W version but not on the colored version.

hahaha just made the solid color black set to color and a S curve set to overlay.. then tadahhh!! hahahaha and by the way i made it on the low freq...

That's because the eye lining matches the lips in color instead
of the hair/eyebrows, which is not the case in black and white.

You cheated hahaha... that's cool. You didn't do any dodge or burn neither used blur on it. I think it would look much better if you clean her eyes, lips and hair a little bit.

can you be more specific of the clean of eyes?? the lips is obvious hahahaha

Here is my opinion but not on technique ( out of my depth a bit there )
I like the work done on both the colour and B&W but ( you knew that would be coming ?)
I find the bit of background through the hair on the left ( looking at the screen ) distracting as well as the freckle/mark on the arm
on just the B&W the thumb nail looks dirty ! and i think i would like to see a bit of the iris on the right eye to match the left one ( it looks a bit to solid a black )

The stray hairs on her face, and like Palms said: the thumb nail looks dirty, and the background shows thru the right edge of the hair. These are really small details but they can do a big difference on your portrait.

Hey Marek, I don't know what type of look you are going for, But I love the Color version. In my opinion, it would make a great art photo. I think the image is entriguing because of it's quirkyness, Maybe because AArtist is right the eyeliner matching the lips instead of the hair. The feel of the image reminds me of some surreal doll in a David lynch or Matthew Barney movie, and that's a complement. So again, I do not know what you are going for but something in it is exciting
