Critiques Please

I'm just an amateur retoucher, and I haven't been retouching people for very long, just a couple of months so I was hoping to get some critiques.
Here are some of my retouches. I didn't take any of the pictures, though.
Hopefully you all will be able to see the images. If you can't I'll fix it.

Hi Elec0: Welcome to RP, you came to the right place. I'm taking a step ahead here, and would say, that perhaps the critiques you will receive could be around the "technique" you are using or the one you are not using. In pro retouch almost everyone use Dodge and Burn instead of any kind of blur. I just don't want to be the first to critique your work, because my english is not very good and I could sound a bit harsh. Here, you can find lots of great info about pro-retouching. hey elec0, you got to start somewhere, right. I would take the advice of Boneappetit. he has sent you on a pretty good path. then after that practice, practice, practice, then after that practice some more. So don't get discouraged at least your trying
