There is a lot nice work and good techniques.
Some of the more stylized stuff is a little heavy-handed for my tastes.
Some constructive observations:
-if you're going to retouch skin to perfection, might as well pay attention to small hair imperfections too, and 'lumpy' clothes can be pushed to a more appealing shape. You are putting a lot of work in here, and then missing finer points that can take the image to the next level.
-don't let your black clothes lose all detail and shape
-be careful not to over-sharpen - do it at 100%, and look in the fine hairs for 'stepping'
(maybe the downsizing for web)
