New picture - Critique please!

Looks great, other then the blemish on her cheek i would smooth out the chicken skin on her neck too.

I think it might be just a little oversmoothed... I'm feeling plastic rather than porcelain in the forehead and in the highlights around the eyes and nose. It's very close, but back off the smoothing maybe 5-10% and it would be perfect.

Also, I'm seeing piercing holes in the ears, a slight red spot under the lips, a couple of small scars on the chin and cheek. Don't even think about touching that mole though...I like it. Um... a couple stray hairs flying onto the background, you could remove the extra catch lights in the eyes (just leave the brighter ones) and maybe dodge the entire eye area just a bit to brighten them up.

All very nit-picky stuff...
