My porfolio - critique most welcome!

I've been recently expanding my portfolio, and would love to hear some of your feedback. I'm hoping to approach some retouching agencies later in the year, but I want to make sure I'm not missing a trick in my portfolio.

Nice layout Christopher but I think the before/after function is clumsy to use. It would be nice if the email and flikr addresses were 'active' links.

i love some of the stuff you have done with the hair in some of those photos...especially the one with the snake...how did you do that?
