That is very nice..... my only quibble would be that the eyes are just a sliver too crisp..... I know that's being really picky and the skin on the neck and below the necklace could be a little smoother.....very good work overall.

this not to bad a retouch up...i would advise using healing brush to get rid of the mole
on her right side...otherwise nice job

Good job on skin
Lips look too much highlighted to me
Maybe little cloning out some stray hairs and aksi checkout hairs on her forhead maybe removing some of them can make the image look better!

Overall, pretty good,

The eyes are a little too harsh, they are over-sharpened to the point that they distract from the photo rather than enhance it. Back it off 40 or 50% and you'll be good to go.
