Hi Paul, I myself am fairly new to the site and haven't responded before but I thought I'd give you a little feedback. First though I need to say I'm not using a high end monitor but it is calibrated. Comparing the before and after I see you have done some blemish removal and skin softening which looks good and you would not notice without the before. The 1 issue I question is the method you used to adjust skin color, the teeth in the after image appears to have taken on some of the skin color and the iris in the eye appears a shade lighter. Hope this is useful to you. - KT

I like your retouch,
But I see the hairs are untouched, some stray hairs that calls eyes should be gone
Maybe a little teeth whitening
I really like the skin but i see areas where some more cleanup can be done
