The image you've posted is a too small for a detailed critique, but from what I can see, the toning and lighting work is nice. I can't comment on the skin other than to say that removing the shadow caused by the cheek bone has made your model about 15lbs heavier, which is usually not a good thing.

Please post a larger before and after (preferably as two attachments) and we'll be able to provide a more useful critique.

I agree with Micheal. By removing the shadows of her cheekbone, you fattened her face and made her look, in my opinion, less interesting. The tone balancing between hand and face seems good though. Can't very well see the skin texture...

just to add by removing shadows on arm you got some extra few lbs on there. may be your concern is gradient on the skin?
