Hey guy's. What better place to come and see if you are any good at this then here. I work as a digital retoucher. But I am always looking to learn. Ive been trying out some new techniques and thought I would ask my peers what they thought. How can i improve etc. Is this too much yada yada yada. Anyway your honest opinions would be great.

Definitely an improvement! Nothing jumps out at me worth critiquing. I was impressed you chose such a shadowed portrait to work with, whereas retouching a fully-lit face would be much easier.
