Torn skin

Hi

I am working on the below composite. Any ideas on how to improve it?

N.B. The composite has a picture of a guy with an open flesh wound so I thought I'd warn anyone who does not want to see that kind of thing.

Thanks

Peter

Re: Torn skin

If you are going for a torn skin look the opened wound needs to look more real. Look at some photos of the human body and add muscles under the skin, if it is just the top layer of skin then the underlying skin needs more pink color and of coures blood. But like i said depends o the look of what your trying for

Re: Torn skin

Good points, i will go with just the top layer of skin.

Any advice on how to create blood running down the stomach from the wound?
